Stayed one night for business. It is an older place, I believe 15 years old, but has been updated. It was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Bed very comfortable as was the pillows. Breakfast standard for hotels with hot items, including the waffles. Only downside was it was a little hard to find since it was back off the main street from the exit. You could see the sign from I65, but once you got off on the exit you kind of "loose" it for a bit behind other places.

We did not particularly enjoy our stay here. Stopped on our way through town. The bathroom had a very strong odor of mold. The shower chair was covered in mold along with part of the wall. The bathroom door would not stay closed so there was no privacy for this stay. There was also a hair on my "clean" towel. The walls outside of the bathroom were also covered in mold near the ceiling. They do not provide full size pillows they only have small travel size pillows on the beds. The comforter was lumpy. There were handwritten notes to let us know they washed our sheets which was interesting. There was a door bell outside our room that someone rang at 5:30am. There are a couple good things they have going for them: the courtesy of their staff and an excellent breakfast selection.

I would like to stay in Hampton Inn on my trip even though it is slightly above my budget. Because of the quality of their service and comfirt of room, I had pleasant experience each time I stayed. In Hampton Inn, the rooms are always clean and fresh; the breakfast has good varieties for everyone to choose; business center and fitness room are also a nice plus to us; front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

We only stayed one night, but had a positive experience. The room and all other areas of the hotel were very clean. The beds were comfy and it was quiet at night. Breakfast was very good and the lady who was taking care of the food was incredibly sweet and friendly, as were all the other staff we encountered. This hotel was way cheaper than the hampton in downtown louisville (like, over $100 cheaper!). We were able to make it to the louisville slugger museum downtown within 10 minutes or so and traffic was heavy, but not bad at all.

I loved this hotel. It was conveniently located close to the interstate and Louisville. The room smelled so nice and fresh when we arrived. It was so quiet and the beds were comforable. Everything was clean. Having breakfast on site was a plus. Everyone on staff that we encountered was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel because it was closer to our warehouse operations nearby and soon discovered it was a mistake. Mold noted throughout the tub/shower basin, and rust below the light fixture above the bathroom vanity.

I was very dissapointed that the pool had been closed for the winter; it's the end of September where it reached the 80's in nearby New Albany. The old Hampton Inn sign outside the hotel should have been an indication of things to come.

The wifi had a sporadic connection and the continental breakfast has lost it's "zinger". The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, but next time I'll either stay in Louisville or a nearby Holiday Inn Express.
