This is just about 3 miles over the river from Louisville. The facility is modern, clean with great staff. All rooms are ground floor with parking at the door. A work desk is in the room as well as a table and chairs. Also fridge, micro, coffee maker and iron. A hot breakfast is provided in the lobby adjacent to a business center. There are an abundant of restaurants within walking distance as well as plenty of shopping

Stayed here while passing through Louisville. Green Tree gave me a lower price than what I had booked on the BW website ($79 vs $84 AAA discount on website.)

Looks like a newer property; room was large, fresh and inviting. Front desk staff was friendly and offered info on the closing of the I-64 bridge over the Ohio River in Louisville.

Comp breakfast offered omlettes, waffles, JimmyDean breakfast sandwiches in addition to the usual continental offerings. Several restaurants in the area.

A very nice B/W motel for an over-night stay.

Booked this hotel after reading favorable reviews. Was pleased with the stay.
The good:
- exterior seems newly remodeled - nice vinyl siding and brick
- interior clean with duvet covers instead of those nasty comforters that most hotels rarely wash
- everyone spoke fluent English; probably American-owned
- the continental breakfast was decent. Sat morning there was french toast, pre-made omelets, bagels, bread, muffins, make-your-own waffles, 4 types of cereal, apples, yogurt, minute maid apple and orange juice, coffee, tea and hot cocoa. Sunday included hard-boiled eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy,
- mini fridge and microwave in room
- coffee maker and hairdryer in bedroom.
- clean decent-sized pool, open until 10pm
- well-lit parking lot
- lots of restaurants surrounding the hotel
- Kroger about a mile down the road
- Green Tree Mall, huge Bass Pro Shop and Great Escape movie theater (new releases, stadium seating) within a mile

The bad:
- our air conditioner was extremely loud and annoying When the pump would turn on, it sounded like an air raid, a fire truck, or hyenas. The first night, it woke me up practically every time it started up. We put in a maintenance request, but either they didn't come or couldn't fix it.
- the shower/toilet part of the bathroom is TINY, but seemed clean.
- sketchy internet connection. There were at least 6 networks (all seeming to be from the hotel) within range, but I could only connect to 2 of them, and had to switch between the two several times. Maybe it was just the location of my room.
- both drink vending machines were out of bottled water and the closest convenience store is on the other side of the expressway (not really pedestrian-friendly).

Overall, it was a good experience and I would consider it a safe bet.

I stay here twice a year for a few weeknights for business. It is not fancy but it is always clean, the beds are soft, and the showers have decent water pressure. The mini fridges, microwaves, and TVs could use an update but they work just fine. It is also very quiet considering it is right next to the Interstate. Breakfast is marginal. But it's cheap and clean, what more would you want from a Best Western?

This is a weird set up for a hotel, all rooms are motel style one floor facing a parking lot. the room was clean the air in two rooms didn't work at all. They had to switch rooms and that air wasn't that great either. The breakfast was good lots of choices. The staff that everyone has raved about I wasn't that impressed with. In fact a few times I found them to be rude we stayed for ten nights and on several days I had to ask for toilet paper as house keeping failed to supply and when I asked for it it was like they were giving me gold. My tv signal would fritz out all the while I watched tv that got quite annoying. And we has to park across the street at a closed up hotel which I was unaware of at time of reservation . So I guess it's a cheaper alternative then staying in Louisville and clean so overall It was worth the price I paid but I'm not as impressed with it as others have been.

Our room was clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The price was $5 less than our reservation stated.
We enjoyed our breakfast which was included. Hotel is very easy to find right off the interstate.

Though this cute place was near the highway, my room was quiet and nicely dark for sleeping with the blackout curtain so it was no problem at all. The rooms have been kept up well and the bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a microwave, mini fridge, and coffeemaker in the room. All the employees I came in contact with were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was better than a lot of the continental breakfasts at Comfort Inn and places like that. Also, it was in a convenient location with many stores, restaurants, and a movie theatre nearby and only about 20 minutes away from the Louisville airport. I thought it was a great value for the money and I would certainly stay there again.
