Not only could one see birds of the jungle, birds of the wetlands, occasional iguanas, but Mayan temples, and enjoy exquisite food and lodges, and transportation along an ancient river on a boat. Though a birder's spouse, I loved every minute and enjoyed every bird. I would pack my bags and go back in a minute.

This was such a fantastic weeklong trip. We saw, and learned about, so many different species of birds (180+). Not only did the guides help us spot many of the birds, we also learned about the culture and history of the areas we visited.
