My husband and I booked a private tour to Goose Pond to see the simultaneous migration of the lesser sandhill cranes, speckle belly geese, and snow geese this past weekend. We could not have been more please with both David's demeanor and his knowledge of birds and their locations in the area. I cannot recommend David and his tours enough!

My husband and I went on an evening kayak tour at Cutright SRA on Lake Monroe, and it was so enjoyable! David was a fantastic guide, really knowledgeable about the area and the different species of birds. He was a good conversationalist and sought to learn a little about each of us on the tour. His gear that we used was in really good shape, too. We probably saw at least 10 distinct species of birds, including a bald eagle, kingfisher, seagulls, turkey vultures, crows, a great blue heron, cormorant, ducks, and more, and it was just an all-around great experience. We hope to do more tours to explore some other areas with him in the future. Highly recommend!

My wife and I went bird watching with David at lake Monroe, our birding experience could not have been better. David is a great birder and has a great knowledge about the bird species in the area. Our kayaking experience started with a sighting of an Osprey diving into water and catching fish. Later we were awed by two pairs of bald eagles at a very close range. Although it was our first kayaking experience, David coached us perfectly well and by the end of the tour we were a lot more confident in kayaking. We highly recommend David and Indigo tours.

We (my 3 adult daughters and myself) put in, early evening, on Lake Monroe, David coached us on using the paddle, some basic safety information and how to use the binoculars provided for each of us. We set off across the lake to a cove where we saw an Osprey; we watched one another for several minutes_he high overhead on a dead branch of a Sycamore, us on a quiet nook of the lake. Along the way we saw kingfishers and gulls, swallows and and cormorants, and a sweet family of phoebes.

David is a great guide, enough relevant information to maximize a learning opportunity, knowledgeable enough to answer all of our questions, and attentive to each of us to be sure that we were at ease on the water.

The most charming thing was that he was as awed as we by an absolutely stunning sunset. Oh my!

I always enjoy a good sunset, and that one really surprised me! Good birds too!

We kayaked Crooked Creek with David yesterday. What an awesome time spent on the water, watching the wildlife and learning so much! David shows a high level of expertise and is so very kind!
