We have heard people talking about this place all over town and how good it is, so we took a friend here for her birthday. We didn't realize it was a huge sports bar with a small dining room. Our server was very nice and attentive...wish all restaurants had a person like him to wait on us. But the food was absolutely horrible. Our appetizers were ok, but the chicken tortilla soup was not like any other place I've had it. Most tortilla soups are chicken broth-based, and actually have chicken in them. This was black bean soup with some crushed up tortilla strips on top - no chicken in our soup at all. But the worst part was the Italian Beef! It had the appearance of Carl Buddig meat (you know what I'm talking about, that crap we all ate in college for 59 cents per package) all stuck together in one big pile and put onto a dry roll, barely room temp. It was like they took it out of a package, dropped it in some beef broth for a minute in the microwave and then put it on the roll. DISGUSTING! We had one child with us who ordered chicken nuggets; these were like the generic nuggets you buy in a frozen bag at Aldi, I don't even think they were real meat. My friend had the beef/sausage combo with the same disgusting beef which caused a stomach ache about an hour later. Again, room temp at best on all of our food. $65 worth of food; we could have had a better beef sandwich and chicken "nuggets" at Arby's. We definitely will not be going back, even if they offered it to us for free!

Waitress wouldn't honor coupon that was in their carryout menu even though NO WHERE on the coupon did it state that it was for delivery only. It did, however state that it was valid at Aurora and Yorkville locations. We asked her to confirm with a manager. She said she would but then went and waited on 3 different tables before she went to ask her manager. She came back and said the manager said "no." We asked to see the manager and she said she would see if she was in. Whoever came to our table next was kind and said she would honor the coupon but that the waitress never asked her earlier. Our table was neglected. We had 3 adults and 8 kids under the age of 10 with us. Our pop was never refilled nor were we asked if we would like refills. We ate our lunch with no drinks. One of the plates that was set in a stack on our table was greasy and we had to send it back. We set our own plates and we poured our own drinks as we had 2 pitchers. We waited forever after finishing our food and our bill was never brought to us. My husband had to ask for it. We waited another 10 minutes before that arrived. When the waitress gave us our bill, she told us she added gratuity because there were more than 8 of us. 3 adults and 8 kids...the youngest being 2 years old!!!! 18% gratuity was added to our bill. She did not earn or deserve that tip. I have never been charged gratuity on a table of kids! We walked in at 1:23pm and didn't leave until 3:30!!! We approached the owner to tell her our complaints and all we got were a bunch of excuses. No apology. She said she was her best waitress and probably just had a bad day. She said because the coupon was on the carryout menu it really was intended only for delivery even though it was not stated on the coupon. She said that they require the waitresses to add gratuity because 2 kids count as 1 adult (but that should only be 4 adults as we had 8 kids and 3 adults which total 7 people and not 8!) Very disappointing. I was there the week before and actually had good service in the bar area, but they messed up our order. We waited a long time for our pizza and when it came it was the wrong pizza. So we had to wait even longer for them to fix it. Bottom line: Not worth the time or money!!!!

I have only been here to watch sports games and have a few drinks. The service has always been good and the TV's's are awesome. I have not had any food from here yet.
My only complaint- they only have a few wines and none of them are good choices.

Long wait for food. Tables seated after us served before us. Front end manager dropped silverware on floor and put it back on the table! Pizza was bland. I didn't eat mine, no one asked why. Very poor experience.
