We love Tsing Tao. It's a comfortable little place that could easily be overlooked on Green Bay Road. But the food is amazing, the service so friendly and fast and it's a place we can feel free to bring our two young kids. PLEASE order the Richard's Chicken if you go - it's not on the menu, but trust me.

I have been going to this restaurant for years. The years I spent living in the south, I craved their Orange Chicken. I have never found some where that makes it the same way. Their egg rolls are also amazing! We always eat in the restaurant, which I would recommend. The one time we ordered the egg rolls take out, they were not nearly as good.

Since Wah Mei closed in March, we've been on the search for a new Chinese restaurant for carry-out...... and this is definitely NOT it. The food was hot and reasonably priced... but we didn't even keep the leftovers and we've NEVER done that!

We decided to stick to the mainstays - egg rolls (bland vegetarian filling with semi-soggy-doughy crust and packets? of S&S sauce....) pot stickers - tender and tasty with good sauce and they were actually the best thing we got. Orange beef was generous in size but overly doughy and really dry - virtually no sauce to put on the rice and little taste. Empress chicken (an insult to all Empresses) was covered with too much dough and despite the fresh veggies, no taste......

We decided it wasn't even worth warming these leftovers up tomorrow so we threw them out.....that's a first..... and we'll have to keep looking for that new Chinese place near us......

Had a very pleasant dinner here. Excellent service and food. Enjoyed the dinner for two with the varied options. Lots to eat and cost was reasonable. Definite repeat choice.
