This is one of our favorite local pizza joints. They definitely don't skimp on the ingredients. The mozzarella cheese alone is reminiscent of when pizzas were made with real ingredients rather than the thin, snappy stuff the chains pass off as cheese today. Very doughy crust which is nothing like thin crust or deep dish but it's own concoction. Might be an acquired taste but we enjoy it. The owner Nino is very friendly and a Wheeling tradition that we are proud to have.
