Came on a date, and the chef was really great and interactive. He seemed like he really liked what he was doing. The hibachi was delicious and the sushi we ordered was equally so. Sitting at a huge table with other people didn't really bother me as you understand that's usually how it is at those types of places.

This was our first visit. My husband, son, and I came for dinner. Staff was very friendly. Chef was nice and entertaining. Food was average in my opinion. VERY salty. My son loved the steak and rice. The biggest problem is that the place looked very unkept. Needed a good cleaning and some updating. It wouldn't take much to clean the place up and make it great.

Environment is really starting to look run down. The place needs a good cleaning, painting and facelift. The chairs were disgusting. I am thankful I didn't see it before I sat down. The food was average, somewhere from ok to good. Our table-side chef served us our rice and veggies before the appetizer and way before the main course meat. The chef at the next hibachi did it in the right order. The "show" was fun, as usual. Yes, the same thing each time, but kids like it. Cosmo was totally mediocre. We went with a coupon, but still ended up paying $80 for 3 (1 kid and 2 drinks), so totally not a $100+ meal (without coupon).

The food was pretty good (though the chicken was overcooked) and the chef's "show" was identical to every other visit, but still a lot of fun.

The problem was it was Father's Day. Our table had two parties each with Groupon certificates. The rotten part was the waitress would only accept one coupon and not the other! One certificate had no restrictions, while the other listed a couple of numeric dates in the fine print. I knew we had another groupon, without the date restrictions, about 5 minutes away at home, but the waitress said they weren't going make adjustments to a paid bill if I brought back a coupon. That stringency made the meal $40 more expensive than we budgeted for.

It was our fault we had the wrong coupon, but the restaurant should have honored the one we could have produced only a short time later. There were several tables with coupons and they each went through the same "will they or won't they accept it" wait, simply because the management had offered so many coupons or certificates, all with different restrictions, over the last year.

We went for a Sunday Lunch - had a Domo Dollars gift coupon which wasn't available for use on the lunch menu so we ordered off the dinner menu. Cost for 2 was $72.00 which included tax and 20% tip w/only soda to drink - no alcohol. While prices were higher so was the larger size of the portions. Ended up taking some home for another meal. The chef cooked at our hibatchi table and was very entertaining - we shared the table with another couple with a younger child - he really enjoyed the chef's antics. Won't tell you what they were so as not to be a spolier. Food was delicious and as fresh as could be. The calamari was fantastic, but so was the chicken and shrimp. Ordered a Portobello Mushroom on the side - came w/a huge slab of garlic topping - was tasty. Dinner came with both soup and salad. Will definately return.
