Westchester Inn is located in a large strip mall, with easy access in or out. I popped in one afternoon for lunch. I was seated & served a cup of weak coffee while perusing the menu. I opted for soup, breaded pork tenderloin, dumplings,& sweet & sour cabbage. The noodle soup was bland. The large portion of pork turned out to be a thinly pounded, unseasoned piece of meat sitting in an air pocket of breading. The best part of the meal was the cabbage, which is something I rarely say when dining out! The lunch came with dessert, some sort of fruit coffee cake that could have been purchased at the Dominick's across the lot. The server, a polite Polish woman, was as sweet as the cabbage and probably the only reason I'd give this place another try if in the area. Otherwise, stick to Riverside or Czech Plaza further east.
