We love Starbucks. This location, however, has an interesting mix of employees. The ones during the morning shift are very cordial and seem to genuinely care about giving good customer service. However, the two "slightly older" (no disrespect) ladies that work the drive up in the afternoon are both equally rude. The one with the red hair seems annoyed when she sees my husband and I pull up with our dogs. Her tone of voice is monotone and unfriendly. At first we thought maybe she was having a bad day, but this happens repeatedly (and we visit almost daily). She also doesn't "shake" the tea like it's supposed to be. Instead, she swirls it around and the sugar is never thoroughly mixed, as a result. Clearly she didn't read the rule book about Starbucks being a "friendly" establishment, and frankly, if I'm paying $8 for two "shaken" iced teas, I'd prefer them to be made correctly. We have actually left a couple of times when we saw her working the window. The other woman with the sandy brown hair gave an attitude for asking about some of the new products. I should not feel like I am inconveniencing the service personnel because I wanted to know the ingredients in one of the products. I love Starbucks, but these two employees do not fit the mold.
