If you can find this place...you need to stop in for a taste. I've been driving past it for the past 3 years thinking it was closed. There wasn't too much evidence on the internet that it was open either, until I found some recent reviews. I decided to stop in on Black Wednesday with a decent sized crew and the place had a good crowd. They have a great selection of craft beers, on tap and in bottles. They also have their own beer which I didn't have a chance to try. The bar has a comfortably dark "friend's basement" atmosphere, with old wood furnishings and finishes from grandma's house. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable, along with the crowd around you. Overall it's a great place to relax and have a couple beers without the annoying dance music and typical bar punks and drunks. This bar has taken place of my former beer bar for now in Brixie's of Brookfield.
