I stopped at this place while on a business trip...it was jumpin at noon almost packed. It is really two restaurants under one roof, one is a hot dog place, the other is an Italian theme. I asked a guy in front of me what was good, he recommended a salad which I ordered..it was fine, but not great. I saw lots of families getting pasta dishes for the kids.
The next night I went in late after a long business day. I went to the hot dog side and had a good beef sandwich, and could not resist a hot dog because the dogs are what built this business..the beef and hot dog were great... Service was fine for the food, but i had to wait at least 7 minutes standing at the counter for a beer while the guy behind the bar doing paper work called in the intercom for another guy to come pour me a beer. When the guy showed up he said "wow you come near we close" in broken english..It was 45 minutes from closing..give me a break. A little tip guys, don't make people stand there for 7 minutes in an empty restaurant at 9:30 at night..just pour the beer and smile! The prices were very good you can eat well for $10 or less. Kids will like the cool decor.
Bottom line..good cheap eats..but not great.
