On our reservation it said we would have a mini fridge and a microwave. Since my little boy is on 1 1/2 ... this was great. However when we got there- there wasn't either a microwave or a mini fridge. I called the front desk, they told me that only rooms with a jacuzzi tub had those in them. I reminded them that's not what my reservation said. They told me they would see if they could find us both a microwave and fridge. We never received a call back or a fridge and microwave. :-(

Thank you for your comments about your stay. I do apologize about the microwave and fridge, since the hotel became a Wyndham (2014) we do not offer them in the rooms as a standard, however, they ARE available on request and the front desk should have been able to accommodate your request. I apologize for the way that was handled and I have spoken to the front desk and houseman staff about that. I hope you will return to the hotel sometime and allow us to exceed your expectations.
