About what you would expect. Very basic/dated but one of the few hotels in the C-U area that don't require 2-night minimum weekend stay on busy U of I weekends (Dad's weekend). If it is a difference maker, the wifi was essentially non-functional. Like many hotels in the C-U area, not great/not bad.
The guy at the front desk was really nice. The room was clean, and that's really all I was looking for. A fairly reasonably priced motel in Urbana to visit my little brother going to school there.
Will mention that the breakfast that's included was less than spectacular, but then again we were not expecting all that much.
Free wifi worked, and was a nice bonus.
Didn't need to use the shower, pool or anything else. Just needed a place to sleep.
Drove all night to get here to find out check in was at 2 pm, I arrived at 930 am. The lady at the front desk was GREAT, she checked me in and then was nice enough to tell me where i could find diesel fuel and a wal mart. She was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and no issues other than dated towels and wash cloths. For the money, Its jam up.
