“Lovely b&b”

Stayed in the upstairs room with my husband. Beautiful room - very tranquil, yet modern and nicely appointed. Organic toiletries a nice touch. Gorgeous view down to the beach and nice to sit on the balcony and downstairs recliners and just soak it all in! Really enjoyed the breakfast - beautiful fruit salad and loved the eggs with spinach, mushrooms and balsamic tomatoes. Will be back one day.

Unfortunately only had one night to stay as it would have been a pleasure to stay longer and utilise it as a home base to be a tourist in the area. Bob was very welcoming and provided more than is normally expected. Will recommend to all my friends who are travelling in the area.

Room Tip: Stayed in upstairs room but the few stairs with bag was definitely worth it.

Stayed at this B&B for a couple of nights. It's run by Bob who couldn't be more helpful with suggestions on what to see, will make dinner bookings for you and cooks a great breakfast. The house is in a good location with a coast view and the room and en suite are spotless and very welcoming. Would wholeheartedly recommend staying there, though appreciate that as for most slightly more remote locations you will need to drive out to explore and grab dinner.

My partner and I stayed in the studio for two nights. The location is amazing for exploring everything the north-east coast has to offer. Bob was very friendly and was happy to share his local knowledge with us - even offering to make dinner reservations on our behalf. We were very pleased with the service and the accommodation and will definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: If you want to cook your own meals definitely choose the studio!

We loved our couple of days at Four Mile Creek. Bob was an excellent host (he cooks a mean breakfast!) and the simplicity of the place (lots of space) made it easy to unwind.

First time for most if us exploring that part of Tassie and wow. Just an awesome experience. From the B&B north... I'd rate it the best coastline I've seen.

Recommended.

We stayed here for a weekend late in 2012. Very peaceful, beautiful location. We saw wallabies in the back garden at twilight - lovely to watch from the balcony of our room. The beach was an easy walk away, and the food provided was excellent. Lovely remote spot to get away from it all.

Room Tip: Pick the upstairs room in the house - best view!
