Requested room on upper floor. Received room on first floor. Nearest the lobby and elevator so it was loud. Also it was a handicap accessible room. I am an Elite Club Carlson member, go figure. Check out the janitor cart right outside my room. More

My stay at the hotel was more than I expected. My room was very nice. I was able to use the gym to get a good workout. The best thing was the service we received in the dining room. Mary and Brittany were extraordinary. I was with my disabled father and they came to the table and helped me serve him. I was so grateful and impressed. I also found John to be very pleasant at the front desk. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This hotel was more than I had imagined it was great. At first I was thinking for the price I could do better but once I was all checked in and went upstairs to my room I was thinking it was perfect. The bathroom was the right size and I had enough towels. The place gets a 10 out of 10 from me.
