The overall experience is satisfactory but they need to change window insulation because of the extreme noise of the 2 highways going on both sides of the hotel. Air conditioning system needs a revamp as it makes more noise than the noise of the highway, although it is more annoying as it is a constant noise.
There is an electrical problem somewhere, electricity goes down making the air conditioning fail due to lack of power (It seems that the water pumps starts and this makes a malfunction somewhere.)

We decided to stay here on Labor Day weekend - a trip that we planned in order to help my son move to the area. I did my homework as usual on Tripadvisor and noticed that most of the reviews have been positive, and the rate that was available through the Choice hotels website was very reasonable.

We didn't spend a lot of time at the property, and the amenities were not that important, but the room was comfortable and clean, and the complimentary buffet breakfast was above-average - included sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, pancakes and waffles.

We would stay here again.

We booked this hotel for two nights with some trepidation given the mixed reviews. Unfortunately, our experience goes on the not-so-good end of the scale. The hotel is conveniently located off major highways not far from O'Hare. While checking in, we noticed a lot of airline staff also using the hotel, which I thought might be a good sign. Well, not really. The building is old and could use some major renovation. Our room was dark, damp and smelly. The A/C unit worked but was very noisy and rattled. The walls have no sound insulation. We were awakened several times by neighbors with a crying baby and having loud sex. The noise from local traffic is constant at all hours. The pool looked not bad, but my daughter found a cigarette floating in it. The hotel restaurant looks like a trashy bar/lounge. On the plus side, the free continental breakfast was very good. Staff was just OK, not overly friendly, but not rude. I didn't sleep well at all here and was glad to be gone.

This little gem is a great deal for flying out of Ohare. The shuttle has always been dependable and transports you right to the terminal you need to get to. Ohare can be such a hassel and this reduces the stressors when leaving on a trip.
This was about our 5th stay for Park and Fly. Because all of our children traveled this time we needed 2 rooms for 2 cars. I was a little disappointed that we weren't given a bigger discount because we have been very loyal customers. Still it is a good deal.
Somehow we always miss the complimentary breakfast. We have the bad habit of booking flights that leave very early. This last stay my daughters ran in to quickly grab a donut (the door to breakfast had literally just opened when we were being transported) and they were admonished rather loudly by an employee that they were not suppose to be taking food "outside".
They were embarassed. I thought that was rather tacky, seeing as we had just spent 250 dollars to spend about 12 hours in their hotel and my kids were being begrudged a donut. Lets keep our priorities straight. This is not our usual experience with this hotel. Usually we are treated with the utmost dignity and respect. I;ve determined to let this roll off my back and I will return. We have had many more positive experiences than negative here. I believe in giving honest reviews and that is the only reason I am mentioning the experience.
We have eaten here for lunch in the past and enjoyed the meal. We opted not to supper here as the menu changes and is much more pricier than the lunch time meals

Clean room, good overall experience. Booked a room here on the 27th due to an overnight connection for a flight home. Service was fantastic -- we were picked up at the curb at O'Hare and quickly taken to the hotel, even though we had flown in around 11:30pm. Check-in was quick, the hotel manager was courteous and actually kind enough to loan us some of his own personal contact solution since our airline did not bother to tell us that we would not be getting our bags that night. Otherwise, we would had to have thrown away our contact lenses. Super nice guy. That goes well above the call of duty, and we were grateful.

Hotel was well worth the $75 or so that we paid. Nice king size bed, extremely clean. Yes, hotel carpet was worn out. Yes, the place could have used a paint job and some updating, but what do you expect for $75 in the middle of a major metropolitan area? The shuttle service back the next morning was prompt, and we were quickly delivered to our appropriate terminal. I also noticed a number of airline personnel staying at this hotel (a couple of pilots, numerous attendants), and it's a safe bet that these people know the best places to stay for the money. I would definitely stay here again.

The overnight stay was excellent for the money. The shuttle was great and colected us from O'Hare as they said they would. The room was better than adequate for the money. The dining room was good except for the blaring r&r from huge speakers. Food great and spirits and beer reasonable prices. Wine prices stupid. The shuttle bac k to O'hare next morning excelleny.
Enjoy the Blue Line to Chicago Union. All works well
