“Good for lego fans”
Reviewed October 21, 2012

Pros: Lego City Scene and characters great, 4D Movie, Factory Demo
Cons: Crowd sizes and little ones were scared by the jungle scene, ride, and 4d movie. Price was a little on the high end for the entire family.

“Good for an afternoon”
Reviewed October 19, 2012

Their website recommends 2-3 hours for a visit. I recommend 1-2. Price is good and it is close to other places to visit/things to do. There are a lot of very nice statues and a few really good activities but dont plan on staying all day. Also, the store inside is much smaller than the Lego Store in the mall across the parking lot.

“Great for Kids Under 5”
Reviewed October 18, 2012

We got there right when they opened and there was a short line so we decided to grab a bite to eat near by. When we got back 30 minutes later the line was huge and we waited another 30 min. to get in the door to purchase tickets. My suggestion would be to buy the tickets on line and get a discount or wait for someone to walk out and ask for their stub because there is a $5 off of regular admission you can use. My DD is 4 and she made it through the exhibits, rides and "stamp book" puzzle in about 2 hours. For the price it was ok but as one other review said the store was just as much fun. It is a little out of the way if you are staying in the heart of the city and have to deal with transportation. Factor in traffic when heading out that way.

“Visited all the way from St. Louis”
Reviewed October 8, 2012

I was so excited to take my 7 year old to Legoland as he is all involved with legos. He was so excited that we were taking a vacation to Legoland. I booked my tickets online and that was probably the smartest thing to do. It was only $12.60 per ticket. The discovery center was not very entertaining. Its very small and they really didnt have much to do. You can build a lego race car to race down the ramps or play in the play gym area- Quite frankly, i could have taken my child to a park and paid no money and not drive 6 hours and would have had more fun. The place was clean. The 4D movie was great. Everything else was a sham just like the other reviews say but i was determind to take my son there since he loves legos.

“Fun for the kids. Great staff. Over-priced for adults.”
Reviewed October 6, 2012

We had two free admission for kids with full adult admission so we wanted to try it out. Both kids had been there before with school field trips. We got there when it opened on a Saturday. Not too crowded. Kids had a lot of fun at all the attractions. Food was passable. The staff, every one we encountered, was tremendously helpful and very friendly. We were very impressed by the staff. Some minor issues with the bathrooms, but overall a good time for the kids. $20 a pop for each adult is a way over priced. We were there for over 3 hours.
