I was disappointed. I'm not a fan of branding if it's not supported. The atmosphere was fantastic, the prices were of a good value, the drinks were fine.
If you're going to hold yourself out as a restaurant that is themed, then spend the time and money to research the theme and make the food authentic. The menu is limited, but that's okay with me. Limited menus normally mean the joint is REALLY good at a few things.
Sorry folks....the Jambalaya and Gumbo just weren't good.
