Just got back from Chicago...and i must say this hotel is very nice. Very clean and cozy. The only disappointment was the website stated that each suite had a separate tub and shower. That was not the case in our suite. We had a shower/tub combo. I was picturing a nice deep tub. Which would have been great after our many COLD visits to downtown. The Rosemont "L" station is 1 block away. It takes about 25 mins. to get downtown. I suggest getting off at Washington. (downtown) I will definately be back. Definately!!!

Hotel was close to relatives we were visiting for Thanksgiving, but also 5 minutes from O'Hare and 20 minutes from Downtown. QUIET location. I did not hear a peep outside or from any neighboring rooms. The new Marriott beds are incredibly comfortable with a thick pillow-top, down pillows, down comforter, and 300ct linens. We had a King suite (and also used the sofa bed) and had plenty of room for 2 adults and one child.

Chose the "Stay for Breakfast Package" for an extra $10 a night (would have been $40 if not included). GREAT DEAL! Nice hot buffet with made to order omelettes, french toast, pancakes, fresh fruit, juices, pastries, yogurt, breads, and grits.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only downside was the pool area (kind of dated and hot tub was luke warm).

Have stayed in this hotel twice in the past month. The rooms are large -- living room, work area (desk), bathroom and separate bedroom. There is a large TV as well as a small kitchen area. Separate tub and shower. Towels are plush and plentiful. Pillows need replacing (kinda flat).

Hotel is quiet -- no airport noise that I heard.

Room service was prompt and pleasant and food was tasty. They have a very nice breakfast buffet (with made to order omelets, pancakes, and waffles, many bread, fruit, as well as smoked salmon) for $15. Much better than many I've seen for twice the price.

Hotel has a tiny store where you can buy food items, drinks, toiletries, etc. Check-in and check-out is efficient and personnel are pleasant and helpful.

The one downside is that the hotel bar borders the lobby so that, in the evening, the lobby absolutely reeks of smoke. My guess is that much of the restaurant, which also adjoins the bar, is the same, but I didn't eat there at dinner.

The hotel adjoins an underground walkway that has some shops as well an excellent (but very crowded) Italian restaurant.

The hotel is good for business travelers. Given its location (around the airport and other hotels, not much more), I wouldn't generally recommend it for tourists.

Family members stayed three nights and found the property and the staff to be way above the norm. We had a great experience there while visiting Chicago. We highly recommend this property.

Very nice room, and we got a very good price. Without traffic, we made it downtown in twenty minutes. Watch out, though, hidden cost of $16/day for parking. They also "accidentally" charged us for coffee which was supposed to be free.
