Great customer service and very nice clean rooms. Front desk staff was helpful with my parking of my truck and 24 ft trailer. Will stay again.

Ok place- really overall overage. Nothing more nothing less. The picture in trip advisor is not accurate - the place is more off white in case you get lost and are looking for it while driving.

When it comes to your room the Hyatt Rosemont is everything that you expect from a state of the art Hyatt. They are roomy, comfortable and quiet. And if you want to avoid the conventioneers who stay at the Hyatt O'Hare and its nearby peers, this is the place to stay. Staff is friendly and well-trained. I have stayed here more than a dozen times with always positive experiences with the staff.

But this Hyatt was built with limited amenities in mind. There is no pool. I don't think that they have an exercise room. There are some nice jogging paths nearby. The restaurant is more limited than you typically find at a Hyatt, but you are walking distance to Giordano's for pizza. A huge plus for this hotel is the City of Rosemont parking deck next door that doesn't charge while other Rosemont hotels are getting $20 or more per night. I often stay here before an early morning flight from O'Hare and save more in parking than the cost of the room.

Stayed on a Sunday during memorial day weekend. Check-in was slow ( understaffed, one person covering desk/phone) and took about 20 minutes with only 2 in front of me. Normally note a issue but the automated kiosk were not functioning properly so no choice but to wait. The rooms were again average and look like a refresh will be coming soon based on age. Only reason to stay here vs. the main drag is if your interested in gambiling. They have a brand new casino directly across the street. You have better alternatives in the area unless you just get a smoking deal.

The Hyatt Rosemont is a calm, quiet alternative to the bigger, busier, noisier hotels in the O'Hare area - including its sister Hyatt Regency down River Road.
But the presence of two O'Hare-area Hyatts does cause a bit of confusion - a couple of people hopped on the Rosemont airport shuttle bus when they were actually trying to get to the Hyatt Regency. The shuttle driver calmly directed them to the gate for the right shuttle, and offered those of us actually destined for the Hyatt Rosemont a bottled water.
The Hyatt Rosemont is tucked in between a couple of office buildings across from the Rivers Casino. It's a relatively small hotel - 200+ rooms - with a very laid-back vibe. The lobby is calm, tasteful, airy and soothing. Employees were pleasant and efficient.
My king single room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice flat-screen television, a good work desk and a comfy lounge chair/cocktail table. It also featured a small fridge. Bathrooms were relatively spacious, with the usual Hyatt Portico bath products.
I didn't try the hotel restaurant or room service - I ordered a delivery pizza from Giordano's instead. The shuttle to O'Hare runs every half-hour if you need to catch a plane or take the CTA blue line into the city. The walk to the Rosemont CTA station is rather long and not particularly pleasant in a suburban area with cars, not people, in mind.

Room Tip: Ask for one that doesn't face the parking lot.

This hotel is very clean and nice. When we told the front desk that PRICELINE screwed us (long story), so they gave us complimentary breakfast and internet usage, which was very convenient.

Our room was clean. The bathroom was clean. My only gripe was the bed was very comfortable, but there was no fitted sheet on it! Ew! What is that all about? I don't lay still in bed all night and the sheet was getting twisted up and kept moving...so I was sleeping on the surface of the mattress where hundreds of other tourists once slept...I was laying in their old, dried up sweat and drool. What kind of laziness or cheapness is that? For as much as this hotel charges a night, they can't afford fitted sheets? That was so annoying.

Also, if you want your sheets cleaned, you have to call the front desk and request it. Supposedly it's to "save" water. OK - we all know it's a lame attempt to save money, but OK.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The staff is curteous and helpful. The lobby is nice and clean. The food is really tasty. The sheet thing annoyed me, but everything else was OK.

Within the Hyatt brand this smaller property has been kept up pretty well. Staff are well-trained and courteous. Room was clean and quiet but nothing special. Bathroom had the usual hair on the floor (the norm for most of these properties around the country selling at this price pointwithin this brand). Bed comfort and linens were a good surprise to find in better shape than the room overall.
Always get a receipt at check out from Hyatt. This property attempted to charge for the complimentary amenity delivered to my room, labeling it "room service dinner". Trying to get a charge removed after you leave a Hyatt is a major exercise in frustration, and will require many contacts and much of your time. Trust but verify.

Room Tip: Pool and spa are rated terrible because they aren't there! Rooms 06-10 on each floor are slight...
