The hotel is fine itself, I guess. Total rip off if you actually want food ($7 for a bowl of cereal... are you kidding??) their shuttle service is an absolute joke. They drive like maniacs on the highways and cut across multiple lanes. Then when you are back in town and call to schedule a pickup time their system will hang up on you unless you press 0. When you finally schedule a pickup time they tell you to be outside at a specific time but actually arrive 15 minutes early and make you wait for the next shuttle. Spend your money elsewhere.

There was some miscommunication between the hotel and our travel agent (unsure where to lay the blame), but bottom line, we thought we had a park and fly and did not. We were told that there was no available parking for the 7 days we would be gone. Fortunately, we were able to find other parking accommodations with the help of our travel agent (Wally Park was awesome!) but that was certainly a disappointing start to our trip. Other than that, the room was fine and the food we ordered in the bar was good. Location of this hotel was great for O'Hare and also close to the Fashion Outlet Mall. But clearly, parking is an issue at this location.

I was here on business. Great staff, rooms were a bit dated. Shuttle to and from the airport is available every 30 minutes. Wifi was terrible regardless of the time if day. Convenient location to dinning and shopping.

Room was nice, quiet and beds were comfortable. Our keys had to be redone twice in a 4 night stay; maid service didn't leave any wash cloths or hand towels the 2nd day and left no towels the 3rd day! Be prepared to pay for parking! The lot closest was always full and $25/day. The overflow garage was $15/day and sometimes the credit card machine didn't work! We weren't offered any deals on the parking, which I found out later that they have!

We stayed and had a problem with room, within 15 minutes of making staff aware, we were in a different room and upgraded as well. About ten minutes later we hear a knock at the door. The manager has two wine glasses and a glass of wine. He apologized again and wanted to know if there was anything else he could do for us. And Becuase of his quick actions, kind gesture and concern, we will not only be back but reccomend to anyone...
