Awesome venue for concert goers! First row balcony is the best seat in the house. Security needs to check out people standing in front of others while concert is going on. A simple flash of the flashlight will do the trick.

I had purchased tickets for a birthday present to the Shatner show on Thursday, 20 Sep 18. We had gone to dinner next door at the Capital Grille, but when we left we noticed that as we were turning towards the parking lot of the Rosemont Theatre that there was only one car in the lot - at 6:45 p.m. We did find a sign on the window at the front entrance to the theatre advising that the show had been rescheduled to 8 Mar 2019, but what happened to any type of electronic notification. Even a Google search disclosed nothing about a cancellation. We haven't decided yet whether to use the tickets for something else.

If you are visiting Chicago, or live here as I do -- spend your money on something else! They hype this show to be so fabulous and it doesn't even come close. The costumes were colorful and flowing but there aren't dancers leaping through the air and all the magical beauty they promise in the commercials. The Rosemont Theater is a great venue but this production is Mediocre at best.

Went to this theater for a graduation. It's spacious, sitting in the balcony afforded a great view, seats were reasonably comfortable, and sound was good. Overall, it's a nice venue, attractive, and easy to navigate. Not sure about the parking as we stayed at one of the nearby hotels that are in walking distance (which is great if you are coming from out of town to attend an event at the theater). The convention center is also walking distance away from the theater.

I love the atmosphere of the Rosemont Theatre for KPOP Concerts! The majority of seats give a good view. I also like that if my daughter and I cannot buy seats next to each other we're never too far apart so that I can always keep an eye on her.

We recently attended a concert at this venue. The entrance to the parking lot was a little complicated for us to find (although this was our first time at the venue which could explain our confusion) but once we were in we were impressed with the efficiency of the parking process.

The foyer of the venue is beautiful and reminded me of ornate, old theaters that I have been to for ballet performances. It set a nice ambiance for the evening. The inside of the performance space wasn’t as impressive as the foyer but was still nice and had very comfortable seats (even up top where our seats were!). I feel like almost any seat in the house would have had a good view of the performance. The acoustics in the venue were really nice!

The only complaint I had was that it appeared that many people that arrived after the show started had great difficulty finding their seats. This probably was in part because the rows were not backlit so once the lights were off people had to use their cell phones to try to find row labels. However the theater staff appeared to be trying their best to assist. I just wish there was something that could be done to help people find their seats as it was distracting.

Overall I would definitely attend a show at this venue again.

The show was fantastic! It’s beautifully decorated on the inside. Parking and traffic was a nightmare, though. Not sure if it was the local law enforcement or another company directing traffic in to the venue, but they did an extremely poor job letting cars enter to the parking lot for the actual venue. The parking lot had plenty of open spaces but whoever was directing traffic wouldn’t let multiple cars in the parking lot - even after telling them you’re there for the show. Directing us to a paying garage instead of the lower cost/free parking for the actual theater. Very disappointed in that decision.

We got to the theatre well before curtain call. After parking in the lot we waited in the car for over an hour as guests were not allowed into the building foyer until 30 minutes prior to showtime. I agree with others that parking at this venue could be a problem and $20 to park in their lot is a little steep. Since we were second in line for parking, it wasn't an issue for us, however if you arrive just before a performance is to begin, it's your own fault for having parking issues; early bird gets the worm so to speak, or best parking! We attended the Saturday 8:00 pm performance of Riverdance, it was very enjoyable and we were able to exit the parking lot after the performance with no problem. I did notice there weren't any parking attendants on site to assist with directing out of their lot. The way the theatre is laid out it doesn't appear there are "bad" seats in the house. Can't comment on the concession service during intermission.

Paid over $500 for three seats. Terrible seating. All seats need to be replaced. Not enough servers between break to serve crowd. Stood in line for 20 minutes. Never was able to get drinks. Would NOT go back there again until renovated. Very disappointed in Theater!
