This is my third visit to Nicks and my second time to this restaurant. The food is very nice but the prices are high. This is a great expense account restaurant or place for a business meal.

Great drinks, Great food, GREAT service. I will certainly be back for dinner here next time I come up there. It is worth going out of your way to eat here! Great for a business meeting or place to take customers!

Was attending a convention in this most ugly town that is conveniently located near Chicago´s airport and consists of one huge exibition center and a number of large chain hotels surounding it.
Trying to find a respectable eating establishment after the hotel options and a very dissaponting night out at Morton´s steakhouse,we were turned on to Nick´s by a `not to willing to oblige´consierge at the Hayatt where we were staying.
After a 10-15 min. cab ride,we were escorted into what looked like a typical upscale big city steakhouse with all the trimmings and the plush English leather couches and seats..the place just does not inspire fish to your palate in need of some, but what a surprise we got when the menu came and we ordered the daily catch..very fresh and well prepared Atlantic fish to be shure, served proffesionaly by a company of great waitors. It truely saved our whole dining indulgement at this very boring city.

The food here was wonderful and the restaurant itself is pretty impressive on the inside. The outside did not represent the inside well and was actually a little shady looking. This is a dressy place, with servers in tuxes.
Pros - food was great, service impressive, and the decor was beautiful
Cons - be ready to lay down some serious cash - it was about 100+ for the two of us and we didn't "go crazy"
