Fresco 21 is a hotel restaurant that serves good food. We had chicken sandwiches and salads while we were staying at the hotel. For breakfast they had menu service as well as a buffet option with an omelet station. (The buffet may be available only when there is a convention there.)

The service was efficient and the pizza was excellent. I'm glad to see this restaurant open in the hotel!

Amazing mix of french, italien and mediterranean food. A beautiful bar for drinks and tapas and a great dinning room for more quite date night or offical business.

When out of town friends invited us to meet them for dinner at Fresco 21, we anticipated decent, but uninteresting, hotel restaurant food. Once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to realize that we were wrong. The atmosphere is upscale and diners have a clear view of the kitchen. Service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive.

The menu offers a variety of options: hot and cold tapas, a selection of wood oven pizzas, as well as main course entrees. We had a party of 6, so we opted to try some of everything. We started with pizzas; the favorite had mushrooms, goat cheese, asparagus and peas on a light, crisp crust. We then sampled a variety of tapas. While all were tasty, the empanadas, hanger steak, and chicken wings disappeared first, and we even got a second order of empanadas. Already feeling quite full, we shared 3 entrees: Amish chicken, lamb kebobs, and sea bass and rock shrimp in a light broth. The fish was fresh and well prepared and a good contrast to the nice char on the lamb, but the chicken was outstanding. We asked how it is prepared and learned it is brined for twelve hours and then slow cooked on a rotisserie for another twelve hours....guess I won't be trying to duplicate it at home. The result is a moist, incredibly tender chicken which was absolutely delicious.

After all of that food, we said we didn't have room for dessert, but out waiter suggested their specialty, panna cotta. The stuff is amazing.....creamy, light, heaven on a plate setting on a creamy chocolate glaze and surrounded by hazelnuts which provided a nice crunch. We also sampled a couple of the homemade gelatos which were creamy and refreshing. But I still have dreams about that panna cotta......

Overall, we were very impressed and plan to return.

We only had drinks here the 3 nights we were visiting but the service was fantastic. Actually we had breakfast and the server for breakfast was great while it took forever to receive the pancakes (not offered on buffet)
