Visiting Lynfred Winery for a wine tasting date was an impromptu idea, but worth the drive. We arrived late in the evening, a little worried that we might not have enough time to do a complete wine tasting round. Not to worry, Lynfred has stations for each of its varities and the line to get a sample was never more than two or three deep. Excellent wines as well. Would highly recommend Lynfred Winery. Next time we will plan ahead to get in on a tour.

This cute little winery is a nice place to stop in with friends and have a tasting. Wines are reasonably priced, you can spend $5 up to perhaps $15 as you see fit. The managers are friendly and glad to help you with making choices. Along with your wine you get free bread to cleanse your palate. When we were there the manager was just cutting up a loaf of piping hot herbal bread and it was wonderful. House wines are produced off site and brought in for sale. Their wine club sounded reasonably priced.

I went to a annual party for this winery and what a blast. Great food and music. Contests, grape stomping like I love lucy, They have a wide selection of different fruit wines which is hard to find without the wine being too sweet. blueberry, strawberry. Reminds me, I should go get some more.

Located in an old chateau covered in ivy. Beautiful, spacious interior. All the wines were great, had a few snacks. Nice, friendly staff. Small show room with great products, gifts. Would not hesitate to visit again when in town.
