If you're looking for a upscale hotel, this ain't it!!! BUT, its clean, pretty quiet and for what I paid for it while I was working in the area for 5 weeks it was exceptional. Rooms and facilities are dated, carpet needs replacing, The bed was one of the best I've slept in and I know about that as I stay in a hotel 28-32 weeks a year. Overall, it was a good experience and I will return. Staff, especially Donita, was most helpful.

However, as you have noted, we have done major renovations including new furniture and bedding. Our next phase of renovation will focus on the other areas that you mentioned are lacking. I was using my free night stay with my Wyndham points and this was the hotel I could get. I was worried it was going to be really bad, but it was better than I thought. The non smoking room was actually did not smell like smoke. Getting to the room you had to hold your breath past the game room that smoke just poured out of. The area is a depressed area, but the hotel was very easy to find from the highway. There was some mix up and our room did not get cleaned between the two days we stayed.

Please know that we take these things very very seriously, and that the front desk/housekeeping team have been confronted on the reason for this omission. Room could have been cleaned a little better, alos for the money I spent for two nights, wish there could have been continental breakfast:)

We arrived in the middle of the night and had to leave very early in the morning, so we were looking for something inexpensive, given the duration of our stay. The smoking odor was so bad--coupled with the noise. We will never stay at this location again.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is great. the view outside big windows was impressive and beautiful!!I left something in my room when I checked out, they found it in my room and mailed to me on the second day.Will choose it again.
