Great place to relax and it's free..
You can do boat or people watching, jogging , biking etc.
I went on a Saturday afternoon, to relax and reflect on The Lord of the Sabbath, and while doing that I saw 3 wedding parties taking pictures in the beautiful gardens.
Just go and see for youself and make you own experience

Neat place - about $7 per person to get into the greenhouse. It's a tropical greenhouse, so it is pretty humid inside. But they have tons of neat plants - with labeled signs - telling you what they are and where from. Self guided - if you go at a normal pace it would take you about a half hour to get through.

Allspice tree, palm trees, pineapple plants, sugar cane, papaya trees, jackfruit tree, bamboo, mango tree, coconut palm tree, cacao tree, lychee tree, and coffee tree are just a few of the offerings.

Just a tip: We went on a 90 degree day outside- and the heat/humidity WAS just a little too much to bear. A little bit sweaty. We are young so we still took our time - but I would hate to think of any babies or elderly in there.

The pond out back is nice too - it has ducks and geese and even a swan too. If you haven't been to the Nicholas Conservatory yet- check it out. Open every day, except Mondays.

Nice for walks and summer concerts. Good food and bath facilities at the concert area. Kids loved the playground. I hiked through the lovely forests over the highway to the river walk. A great day!
