My husband and I were in town for the night in Peru and based on other TA reviews, checked out Brandy's. The outside ambience leaves something to be desired (but then again, this is Peru, not Chicago!) but the inside ambience was great. A small, quainty, modern-looking bistro type restaurant. I love martinis and so was thrilled with all the fun choices! We ordered two appetizers - the onion rings and foccacia bread. The onion rings were great, and the foccacia bread was fantastic - like a gourmet pizza! We each ordered a steak for dinner, and was cooked perfectly to our request. By the time dinner was done, we were full and did not have dessert. The bill was expensive for Peru but not over-priced. The service was somewhat slow, but we didn't mind too much since we were enjoying a relaxing evening out.
