We had a group of 10 on a weeknight. The place was pretty crowded. We had to park a few blocks away unless we wanted to use valet. Seems all of their parking is valet. Our waitress was very nice, but service was slow. It took more over 20 minutes just to get drinks. Several of the dishes arrived to the table cold. The server offered to have it "fixed" but after waiting almost an hour for the first dish, did not want to wait longer for another. She then offered a free dessert. Also, because I was not "drinking" and only had tea I was never asked if I needed more. I am not sure if I will be back...

Cooper's Hawk has a great menu and the flights of wine that compliment whatever you are having for dinner. A wonderful opportunity to do some wine sampling.

Only drawback is usually it is very difficult to get reservation for Saturday nights but don't let that be a deterrent in trying this restaurant.

We arrived about 8:30 on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was really crowded. We had about a 30 min wait. So we decided to do the wine tasting in the front lobby. Our wine stewardess assured us that if our table was ready before we finished the tasting that we could come back after and finish. Unfortunately she didn't put a time deadline on that, and when we were finished with dinner the wine tastings were also finished and we had 3 tastings left. But that was the only disappointment. I had the horseradish crusted salmon, and it was to die for! The salmon was perfectly cooked and the topping nice and crispy. The table wine decanters are gorgeous. Service was excellent!
