JMJ THIS is the place to meet up during the holiday rush and hopefully after the newness wears off. The decor is good and the parking ample; off a busy street in a busy part of Orland Park. The wait staff was excellent; some of it brought in for the beginning of the restaurant to train the rest of the staff. Prices are a little too much for the small amount of food served. The chips and sauce that is brought to every table even before you order is a nice touch, but doesn't make up for the high cost of such simple Mexican foods. Be sure to discuss your decision with the staff and know just what will be on the plate. Also look around at fellow diners and see just what the food looks like and consists of. The bar is a busy section of the restaurant but again the drink prices are high and even a soda has a high price and a charge for refills! Orland Park has a way of weeding out restaurants quickly so we'll see if Uncle Julio's becomes part of the permanent family.
