I love this hotel. I've been staying here for years and have always been treated very, very well. Great service, perfect location, and spacious, clean rooms.
The staff is consistently warm and welcoming...great place to stay.

The accommodations were beyond expectation and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The whole experience was something to talk about and we will definitely stay again. Take my word, book at this hotel and you'll be the one writing a review - for the good!

The staff is always friendly and heklpful. The rooms are always clean. The restaurant food is always enjoyable, with several outstanding restaurants near by, with the hotel shuttle-buss available to most of them. Conference/meeting facilities are very good.

We chose this property for it's central location and the suites.
Parking was sometimes difficult with the Drury Lane Theater next door. The hallways were open to the atrium and therefore a bit noisy. We only received two breakfast vouchers for 4 registered guests. The breakfast was a bit repetitious and basic, but did have fresh fruit and hot options, several juices.

Please accept my apology for he problems that you encountered with parking and noise from our atrium. As you noted in your review, our spacious, 500 square foot suites are terrific for families and our location is perfect ot anywhere within a 30 mile radius!

It was a last minute upgrade to suite with much disappointment .. AC is very noisy and previous guests smoked in the balcony and deposited all cigarette butts in the room. Hoping they will correct the deficiencies on the property. Gold members get free breakfast but was charged 43 $ for breakfast ??
