This hotel has great rooms, we have a family of six and it easily accommodates everyone. The hotel is clean and the pool area is nice. We always had the bathroom supplies restocked and the room was always clean when we arrive back from sightseeing. The breakfast is okay, not spectacular. But this hotel overall is a great place to stay if you have children. We requested a higher floor (we ended up on 9, there are 10 floors) and got a balcony. Please note, the balcony is a little scary if you have very little ones. The sides are very open and the rest is concrete (not bars). We probably wouldn't request a balcony room again because of that.

Traveling with my wife and adult daughter, we were pleased with having two queen-size beds as well as having two TV's in separate rooms. The swimming pool was at a good temperature and clean. The problem was when we had dinner in the restaurant. Service was poor...blamed on it being a Sunday when not many guests. The food choices were slim... and the "baked and crusted" macaroni & cheese entrée for $12.95 was neither baked or crusted. It looked like the Kraft variety one can make at home for under $2. Almost forgot: The building was hard to find and get to given its proximity to a highway cloverleaf. And the only driveway involved going past the entrance to the Drury Lane theater...which we did just as a show was letting out. Bad timing.

Excellent, spacious, clean room. We had a wedding at Drury Lane and this hotel is within walking distance. The rooms are actually 3 rooms in one: bedroom, bathroom and living room with sleeper bed. There are doors between so it creates privacy if needed. Very clean and modern. One of the nicest hotel rooms I ever stayed in.

We stayed here with a group of families, including children. The rooms are large suites with a separate bedroom and a large bathroom with a shower and separate tub. It was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom is laid out nicely in an "L" shape so that the sink/tub is around the corner from the toilet. Offered some privacy which is good when traveling with a family. If I were just rating the room itself, I would rate it excellent.

The negatives are that the pool area is small and there aren't many chairs/tables in the pool deck area so if you'd like to gather there or perhaps even eat/drink in that area, you can't. They strictly enforce a "no outside food/drinks" policy in the common areas of the hotel. That also doesn't work well if you are traveling with a group of kids who want to play and eat together. They have a restaurant and we didn't try it, but another family did and said the food was not good and it was very expensive given the quality. They do not offer a continental breakfast either so if you need to get out of there quickly in the morning, you should plan extra time to eat at the restaurant ($$) or get food on the way. Last, if you like to run outside when traveling, the location isn't very good for doing so. There is a very short paved bike trail that loops around the hotel and a couple office buildings, but it only a couple miles (2 or less) long and there aren't sidewalks in the area.

If you don't have kids along and are only interested in the room, it's a great hotel.

This is my usual pit stop when in the Chicago area.My first visit this year and the hotel is as usual comfortable with large suites and all the facilities required.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool and spa were a welcome retreat( at least when not full of kids).
I can recommend the Hilton, its well situated for the Interstate, lots of restaurants and shops close by.
My trips are business trips but I would use this hotel for a family if I needed to.
Keep up the good work.
