We were visiting family and the hotel was very convenient for us, but we weren't sure what we would find. Average mid-range hotel, with nothing unique or luxurious, but very good value for the money. The best part of the hotel, which everyone else seems to have mentioned, is the friendliness of the staff. I travel a lot, and it is rare to find the consistent warmth, friendliness, and special care that this staff provides. We were particularly impressed with Ramina at the Front Desk, who treated us like family and took exceptionally good care of us. John, in the restaurant, also made our visit a delight. kudos to the manager who hires such a wonderful staff!

the front desk staff were polite and professional. the rooms were of decent size with microwave and a refrigerator. parking is abundant. For the rating if the hotel the rooms could have been a bit more luxurious and modern.

The room are nothing special but the staff is very helpful and nice. You can hear every door on your floor close.
Go out to eat, the food in the restaurant was below average. Great restaurants close by, Next Door Bistro.

Spent three nights at the hotel over the weekend while visiting family post business trip. The hotel itself is unremarkable but what distinguished the hotel and will make me come back was the friendliest hotel staff I have encountered in a while. Robert at the front desk made us feel very welcome and went the extra mile to make sure our stay would be pleasant despite the miserable Chicago area weather. Each staff member greeted is warmly throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet varied each day and was tasty and adequate. The servers were very warm and friendly. The hotel internet worked well. Hated the uncovered parking during the storming weekend that required clearing the car of snow and ice each time we ventured out. Rooms were comfortable and good sized. The heating was very dry leaving us with dry lips each morning. I would definitely return.

Went to Chicago last weekend of the 9th to celebrate a friends birthday and got a room here for the night of the 10th. Were going to go check out downtown but it was snowing pretty heavy and decided to go to the main lobby lounge and have drinks. For one can not say enough about the staff here very friendly and helpful. Out side appearance a little old but inside recently updated and very nice . will be staying here again bc of the staff. Great place
