“great little "hole in the wall!"”
Reviewed January 14, 2012

It's tucked away in a recessed corner of a strip mall, right next to the Secretary of Stste's office. The atmosphere is very casual, on the low-lit side, with sports banners hanging all around. If you want a good sandwich or burger, this is the place for you! We got there just before 6p, and we're seated right away. But within a few minutes there were several people waiting for a table. It's a popular place and I can see why. We'll definitely go back.

“Where the locals go for decent food and drinks”
Reviewed December 4, 2011

Here's a local place that's not on the radar of many people but it's been there for a long time and hopefully will stay too. The food is average, maybe a bit above on certain items. The staff is always friendly and the place does get busy from 6pm to 8pm. The decor is college football and there are plenty of TVs to watch the games. They have a large bar in the middle of the restaurant, so that's on option too to watch and have some cold ones. You'll find families with young kids to seniors having a nice dinner there. You won't find many single people looking to meet other singles, just not that kind of place! The only negative I have with the place is their lighting. It's so, so dark in there. Not sure if they're trying to hide something like dirty floors or walls. They have daily dinner specials at very reasonable prices. Friday fish fry is not too bad. Try it!
