Spent 4 nights and had the towels and garabage removed only after the first night. When I called the front desk to ask about the lack of cleaning, I was told that I had the door locked inside or had the do not distrube sign out. Funny thing was that I left the room at 6:30am and returned at 7pm! They said it would be cleaned the next day. It wasn't! Breakfast area is a joke as well. A jug of OJ on the counter was empty and the only choice for food was white bread and frozen waffles.

We would like to thank you for taking some of your valuable time to fill out a survey. We do apologize if you did not get full clean everyday, but our hking staff is usually gone by 7pm at night even if you pulled the dont not disturb then, we have no one to clean that late in evening. I am sorry you did not tke advantage of our full breakfast, but it does include juice, milk, coffee, toast, bagels, muffins, waffles, donuts, cereal and fruit. We hope you have a better experience with us next time and we will make sure that does happen.

I have stayed here every year for 1-2 weeks during business trips, for the past 4 years. The place is acceptable for the low price of <$50 per night. The service has now become so bad that it is no longer a 'good deal'. For example, when you extend a stay for a week, they switch the room service from 'daily' to 'every Friday only' without telling you, and for the same daily rate. Upon complaining you get a huge argument rather than a fix or an explanation. For a few dollars more there are other places within 5 miles that are now much more cost-effective.

We would like to first thank you for taking your time to fill out a survey. We do apologize if any of the staff seemed argumentative when they were explaining the housekeeping schedule for our budget conscieous extended stay guests. We aim to keep your costs and room rates low and keep with our green best practice by only having full clean days on Friday and towels, garbage and requested items on other days. We hope you give our great rates and award winning customer service another chance to shine and show you that we are the best value in the whole market.
