The rolls kept falling apart...wasn't a big fan of that. We ordered 4 different rolls and they all tasted the same. It was really disappointing. We went on a Saturday and the place was pretty empty. It was nice in there though.

Atmosphere
We sent on a Sunday late afternoon. A nice place with old world Japanese décor including rooms with sliding panel doors...straight out of the Last Samurai movie... removal of shoes is required for the private rooms but not for the tables. There is a sushi bar where you may order ala carte of a bar where you may just sit and have a drink and order as well. Really cool place on the River Walk area next to the public library. This place is somewhat reasonable on the price. Family of 5 cost about $130...not a panda place for sure

Food
some of the most unique sushi I've tasted.. I loved the sushi & sashimi boat. it came with a variety of sashimi and sushi including Naperville sushi rolls......their own creation of red caviar with a creamy mayo center and avocado along with rice and all wrapped in a thinly sliced cucumber. The Teriyaki chicken was very tasty and delicious. We also have calamari which was different that some other placed but tasty as well. The Udon soup was delicious and gobbled up fast.

Service
Our servers were really attentive and very, very polite....a Japanese treat. They made sure we had the best.

Bottom Line: We will go back to this place again so we can experience it again. People must come back to this pace often because the staff recognized some patrons.

With a plethora of sushi places to choose from, we return to Sushi House frequently. Sushi House is a cut above the rest with consistently great sushi and sashimi.

Check out the lunch special which is a good value. The sushi is also very good with a good variety available.

The sushi is good, but not great. The chef in Wheaton does a much better job, thus I drive from downtown Naperville to Wheaton when I'm wanting top-notch sushi.
