Not a bad place to go on a warm summer day. the pool is just like a beach you just walk in until you reach your comfort level and depth. the deep end is is around 15ft with some diving boards. they have a snack bar or bring your own food, they also have picnic tables but you have to get there early, or bring in chairs or a big blanket to use. they memberships or daily prices for resident and non-resident,which if you live close by might not be a bad deal. the rates are posted on the web site and the daily rates are not too bad for a family. so go dip your toes in the water and see if it's cold or not first, later in the is best because the sunn warms the pool. give it a try it's a great place to bring the kids on a warm day.

We have been going to Centennial Beach for over ten years. It has more wrong with it than right, but it is close to home. This year half the lake/pool was closed for the entire year. One of the few good things about Centennial Beach is that you are able to swim in an deep water environment. Not this year. Not next year either. That is because they don't have "enough" lifeguards. You would think that 8 would be enough? The reason that they don't have lifeguards is because they pay them slave wages like every other government entity in DuPage County. Pay the lifeguards $20 per hour, which is what they are worth, and you will have enough of them!!!!!!!!

Nice place for family outing, middle of downtown Naperville. Place to be for kids during summer. If swimming doesn't interest you you can enjoy the sun on the beach.

Great value for Naperville residents. There is a sandy beach area with zero depth entry. The deep end has several diving boards. The lifeguards all seem well trained and engaged with the serious nature of their job. There is a snack bar and plenty of picnic tables. You are also welcome to bring in your own chairs and food.

We have never been to a more unique beach/pool with part old quarry deep end and part sand.! Grassy and shady areas with picnic tables, adirondack chairs, and umbrellas surround the pool. Swim lanes at least Olympic length allow for serious lap swimming as does a huge deep end. A high dive and low dives in the deep end are popular along with rafts out in the HUGE deep end. There is a huge zero depth sandy area for children with a slide. This pool also has some of the best trained lifeguards on duty always! Lots of showers and great concession stand.
