We have never been to a more unique beach/pool with part old quarry deep end and part sand.! Grassy and shady areas with picnic tables, adirondack chairs, and umbrellas surround the pool. Swim lanes at least Olympic length allow for serious lap swimming as does a huge deep end. A high dive and low dives in the deep end are popular along with rafts out in the HUGE deep end. There is a huge zero depth sandy area for children with a slide. This pool also has some of the best trained lifeguards on duty always! Lots of showers and great concession stand.

We went to this pool specifically because it was large with a deep end. When we arrived, signs were posted that the deep end was closed for the day with the exception of the diving board. That was disappointing especially since admission for non-residents is $12/adult and $10/child.

The chairs, umbrellas, and shade trees were nice. I enjoyed that when they made announcements it was fun.

The changing stalls were private. They also offered lockers.

We had a good experience, but probably won’t go again.

This is a wonderful beach. Lots of lifeguards. Zero depth entry. Diving platform. Sand for the kids to make sand castles. Some shady areas for picnics. It is well maintained. Security on site. We really enjoyed it there. Our only complaint was the expensive entry fee for non residents.

Went with my daughter, son-in-law, friend and granddaughter and we had a nice time. My 3yr old granddaughter LOVED it! She loved playing in the sand and swimming in the pool that wasn't too deep for her to stand up in. We had lunch there and surprised that the prices were reasonable. Yes there is sand everywhere...it's a "beach"!

Naperville is blessed to have this gem of a place we call Centennial Beach. Once a limestone quarry now a family fun place to hang out. We buy the annual family passes each year as it's the place to hang out again and again.
