I have been to many soft tofu restaurants in the US including the best in NYC and LA. I know there is a following on west coast for BCD tofu restaurants but I think on a night in and night out, this place is the best.
There are several different spice levels to suit your taste and different versions from combo, kimchi, seafood, dumpling etc.
No frills ban chan including mung bean sprouts, Korean pickles, kimchi, and beans.
White rice is cooked to order individually in a stone pot which goes well with the soup which is still boiling when served.
Can't say to much for the ambience but you are not here for that anyway.
