Clean comfortable room, does not give you clostrophobia like some. Would have rated it higher except I left a toiletry case on the counter--the most expensive thing would be the case itself and a small bottle of beard oil--but when I called twice about it, 'nobody know nuthin'.' Others hae said the staff is friendly. Yep. Just don't leave anything. Exiting may be dicey if you intend to exit and go north on Elmurst--a BUSY road--you'll be trying to cut across two lanes of backed up southbound traffic blocking your view of northbound traffic for your 'Hail May' pull out . Breakfast is in the hotel restaurant--you pay.

We apologize for the issue with the Toiletry Case, we hope you have received it by now since it was found in the lost and found area. We do apologize about the miscommunication at the desk about your items. Unfortunately we are unable to do much about the traffic on Elmhurst Road.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and the staff is always so pleasant and accommodating! They even greeted me by name this time. Upgraded my room also. There’s quite a few choices to eat around the hotel as well so you’re not stuck eating in the restaurant or room service.

The hotel room appeared clean. Room was right by the elevator and close to the overlook into the lobby. Although there was some noise outside the room door, I didn’t notice the noise inside the room. No comp. breakfast. Good Chinese restaurant across the street but not much else in the way of restaurants in the immediate area. Hotel is next to a large apt complex.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of the hotel. We do offer breakfast and dinner at the hotel in the lobby, but like you said, it isn't complimentary. We do also have a small shopping mall on the other side of the apartment complex, about a 3 minute walk, that has 4 or 5 restaurants and several more restaurants and bars 2 to 3 minutes walking north from the hotel. I am sorry we didn't do a better job explaining the location of these items to you during your stay. We hope that you enjoyed the rest of your stay.

Our room was very nice. We were only there two nights. When we left to attend our Saturday evening event, we discovered when packing the next day that some staff member had watched us leave, entered our room and stole my jewelry.
Kind of left a bad feeling.

Room tip: Don’t take anything good that cannot be replaced.

My wife and I were both bitten by a bed bug on the first night. My leg is still itchy after 7 days. I am not staying in a cheap motel or anything and this would not be acceptable. Other negatives were no ice machine and no buffet breakfast. I would not stay here again. There are more decent choices in this area.

We are incredibly sorry to hear that you had issues with your room during your stay. We strive to take care of every guest in the hotel.

Will you please reach out to the hotel directly so that we can get more information on your accusation of bed bugs in the room? We take these claims extremely seriously and handle them as soon as they are brought to our attention.

We do in fact have ice machines on all 3 of our floors, the one on the first floor is in the kitchen, so we simply have you speak with the desk or our restaurant staff and we will gladly fill up your bucket for you any time of the day or night.

While we understand the convenience of a buffet breakfast, our breakfast is made to order with fresh ingredients and we offer a much wider variety than any one buffet could potentially provide. We are sorry to hear that this doesn't meet your needs and we hope another of Marriott's many brands could provide the breakfast service that you would prefer.

We are sorry to hear that you will not stay here in the future, but we do hope that you have the safest of travels.
