We went to Forest Inn to take our friends out for their 40th Wedding Anniversary. We went early, as we were headed to Clinton, IA after that. (As we were finishing up our meal, the dining room started to get VERY busy.) Service was very good, our waitress was very pleasant. All 4 meals were very good. I tend to lean more toward vegetarian, but ended up having the broiled scallops - those were excellent. It would be nice to offer some vegetarian choices - I suppose I could have asked what they could have come up with in the kitchen, but I didn't. We had Saganaki (sp?) for the appetizer... it was HUGE! We would go back. Took us a while to get there... but we weren't disappointed.
