We were recently on a family vacation to the Chicago area, and after having less than stellar dining experiences when trying out restaurants that we had never heard of, we decided on our last night to eat at P.F. Chang's which we have had many times before. Now, this may not seem like a big deal, but my husband HATES Chinese food, and P.F. Chang's was HIS suggestion, because he wanted to have something that he knew would be good. Yup. That is a miracle folks. My husband, hater of Chinese food (I think the spice palate is something that he doesn't like), suggested a Chinese restaurant... because he knew it would be good. So, we went to P.F. Chang's, and as usual, it was fantastic. Loved it. Loved it. Loved it. So yes, we drove all the way from Nebraska to Chicago to try some new food and ended up having our best meal at a restaurant that we could have driven 45 minutes to.
