We made reservations on a busy Saturday night with a large group that had to be back at our hotel for an event. We were seated within five minutes of our reservation and at first were very pleased: we were toward the back of the restaurant in a quiet area. However, very soon two other large parties were seated in the same area and it was just as noisy as if we'd been in one of the main rooms.
Our waiter was very responsive in getting our orders, answering questions for our gluten-free and vegetarian friends, and going ahead and running the check while we waited. We were back for our show in plenty of time.
The food was good Italian fare and well-prepared, though not anything that stood out from other solid Italian places. Family-style made it easy to order and quick to be served.
If we had a Buca di Beppo in our part of the country, we'd give it a try based on this experience.
