Walker bros is always good. No matter what you are in the mood for, they have it. Orange juice is a must, especially it is always fresh squeezed. Great for families and friends to meet. Never go away hungry. And the staff have always been cheerful and knowledgeable.

The place is very nice and comfortable. The menu has lot of choices for going there almost anytime of the day. However, the service and food leave lot to be desired. The Teriyaki chicken sandwich on Challah toasted roll was blah. The chicken was overcooked and tough to chew. The bun was burnt on the top. Ate it as an open sandwich. Had to ask for almost everything - may be we were there on an off day but we expected lot more.

Nice atmosphere, good food, quickly. Two adults for $20 before tip. It's a popular place with a lot of seating, so the wait was not too long on a Sunday morning.

Needs lunch and this was the only place walking distance from our hotel. The menu is primarily pancakes, waffles, eggs and crepe with a few salads or sandwiches. We had one omelet and one order of spinach crepe. Both were served with pancakes. Portions were huge. And all was delicious. But at lunch time it was very noisy and a bit dark (thus 4 stars instead of 5).

We had breakfast here twice over a long Holiday weekend. I would be remiss if I didn't say something of the design of their building. This restaurant is in a gorgeous pillar and post building with oak paneling, oak booths, and stone tiled floors. The restaurant is physically arranged into a number of visually isolated areas so it seems quite intimate, just a few neighboring tables are visible.
We arrived both days around 7am and let's just say the folks in the neighborhood must sleep in as we were among the few. We were greeted and seated by a pleasant hostess, water and coffee arrived instantly, I really don't like pining for that first cup in the morning. I had the lox platter one morning, eggs, sausage and pancakes another. My wife tried the Santa Fe omelette and eggs Benedict. We loved the food, she thought the omelette was too spicy but I tried some and thought it was just right. The lox platter as great, it's not something I can find close to home. To sum up we had a great breakfast each day I think you should give Walker's a try.
