No matter who tells you otherwise, do not believe it. Walker Bros. serve the best apple pancake there is. Although it is part of the Original Pancake chain, the restaurant and its sister establishments operate at a higher level, only using high fat butter and cream, etc. The service is always excellent ,and there are lots of menu choices. Omelets may be a bit dry .No reservations,. but the line moves very quickly Expect wait on Saturday and Sunday mornings. We have been going to these restaurants for more than 40 years, and there is no reason to stop.

Our family group of 12 wanted pancakes, so we went for the 1st time to a Walker Bros. Pancake house, only because our usual "kid-friendly" pancake house was closed for the day. What a great turn of events that was. At the Walker Bros.Pancake house, the décor, service, food, prices were all fantastic! Will be back whenever we can!

I had the ham and cheese omelet. It was prepared perfectly. Fluffy and filled with ham and cheese. Over the years I have had just about everything on the menu and it has all been great. Service is also top notch.

If you are willing to wait a half hour the breakfast selection of pancakes and waffles is terrific. Service was polite and efficient. I ordered their specialty Apple pancakes ,which were very sweet , but delicious. I could only eat 1/2 of the pancake so this is really a dish for 2 people. The restaurant is divided into many smaller rooms ,which helps keep down noise level. The decor is somewhat like an English pub,very tasteful to enhance tasty food
