We stayed for one night at the Hampton Inn. We had bicycles with us and the lady at the desk offered to lock them in a room for us. This was great because last year our bikes were stolen while staying at a Hampton Inn in Terra Haute, IN.
Our room was exceptionally clean and had four towels which was nice. We did not have to ask for more. The room is a bit crowded for four but we had asked for a refrigerator so that took up space. For one night it was enough space.
Breakfast was fine but really crowded so we ate balancing our plates in the sitting area as there were no tables left. I was impressed that the utensils and plates were biodegradable but when I asked about recycling some plastic bottles I had in the car, I was told they had no recycling. That was disappointing.
In the end it is an overall a good place to stay.

I was promptly greeted when I arrived at the front desk. I was explained everything that was available for me at the hotel.

My room was clean and comfortable.

As a business traveler, work areas are very important. They have both wired and wireless internet access available. They have a very large work area.

The floor was very quiet despite the nearly full status of the location. I will be looking forward to staying here on my next visit.

Great stay. Although it was just one night we had a great stay. The hotel did not smell like smoke at all. If they allow smoking in rooms you could not tell it. Room was clean - internet worked great - breakfast was good. Coffee available in lobby 24 hours as well as some fruit. Staff was friendly. Spa was not working due to maintenance being done on it - but did not have time to get there anyway. The pool looked clean. Wonderful stay and we will be back.

My husband and I drove up late on a Sunday night and were able to get a room. Very clean and comfortable. Went to breakfast around 8 the next morning. Food was delicious but two large families had taken all of the chairs and put them at their tables. The problem arose when a guest brought her dog into the food area. She attempted to hold the dog under her arm while serving herself, but was spilling coffee all over the place. She put the dog down (unleashed) and finished filling her plate. The manager saw this and said nothing. Does the "pets allowed" policy extend to the food area? If not, the manager needs to be trained on this. Other than this situation, the stay was great. We will return if ever in the area again.

Very clean hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. It was late at night when we checked in from a day of traveling. The check-in was fast and smooth.

This hotel was very nice. The hotel is fairly new and you could tell. The only complaint I can make is that the carpet was a little soiled in spots (i.e. in front of the door, between the two beds). Otherwise - GREAT! The room was comfortable and very quiet. The towels were plush and a good size. The bathroom was large and had a high vanity (at 5'2" it was a bit high for me but not uncomfortable). The shower had great water pressure and the nozzle gave an ample spray. High speed internet was available in our room which was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Breakfast was typical for a Hampton Inn and was more than enough. The waffles were good along with the eggs and bacon. We were there for breakfast on a Sundy morning and they could have used more seating. The pool and hot tub looked very inviting though we did not use them. I wish all the hotels on our 10 night trip had been this nice.

There were chain restaurants close by, but we prefer local fare. The front desk personnel recommended Guzzardo's. It is located downtown. The hotel staff gave great directions and they were right - the food was excellent. Prime Rib is their specialty on Saturday night and the portions they were serving were HUGE. You could tell everyone who ordered it was enjoying it. My husband had the lemon cod and said it was one of the best fish dishes he'd ever eaten. His side dish was broccoli and it looked like a whole head of broccoli which was cooked perfectly. A large soup and salad bar came with his meal . I had the schnitzel and it was an extra large sandwich with a side of pasta. You get way too much food at this restaurant

On our way from MI to TX this Hampton Inn was our choice, easy off, easy on freeway. Turned out to be perfect for us; Cracker Barrel was in walking distance and than for dessert just across the highway was Russell Stovers.

Room was VERY quite, even though hotel was a sell out that evening. Bed's were very comfortable, it was clean and staff was helpful and very friendly (especially girl at front desk). Breakfast was on the house and very good, plenty to eat.

Perfect Place, would stop over again...
