My wife and I had lunch here based on a friend's recommendation. We were both very impressed with the food. We split two different dishes and they were both excellent. Mr. Eng is an older Chinese gentleman and said the he has owned this restaurant for thirty-four years. He is originally from Guangzhou, China. Mr. Eng told us the he makes his own egg rolls. They were delicious. It was very obvious that all of the food was prepared fresh with high quality ingredients.
The place itself is a complete dive so if you’re looking for fine dining this may not be your “cup of tea”. The restaurant itself is a bit dark, dated, and neglected.
We will definitely be back as they serve excellent freshly prepared high quality Chinese food here that is very hard to find in this area.
