Okay, here's my rant. Just about every bakery is going to have things that are delicious. Kean's bakery is just a normal little bakery, but they lack one serious thing. CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in there for my first time about a week ago. I was browsing through their selection to have an employee there to ask me if I was ready to order. I replied "no, I'm selecting which ones I want." She got so upset with me and basically bullied me into ordering quicker. (I guess they are just worried about one thing, their money.) I was surprised to see that it wasn't just this one lady who treated me like I was sub-human. After telling the lady that I needed more time, the "big gun" I'm assuming, came out and told me I should have my order ready BEFORE I come NEXT time. Next time? I walked out without purchasing anything. Anyone that has this terrible of service is not getting 1 dime of my money. I suggest going there, and just take your time ordering. Watch what happens. I bet they scare you out of the office! I'll never go to Keans bakery again.
