First off the parking lot was awful… potholes everywhere. Upon entering the room it smelled like smoke even though it was "non-smoking room" The bed and sheets looked old and filthy. Glad I had my sleeping bag with me.

Bathrooms is a another story – It was gross, towels were ripped, toilet seat moving, floor dirty. The whole room was awful. YUCK!!!!

I could not sleep at nights due to stinky smell. What the **** is the point of renting a room when you can’t sleep.

This is my first time ever going to a Red Roof inn. I usually dont like motels but it was what i could afford. The front desk host Francis was the sweetest thing. She helped us quick and easy. The room was descent, for a cheap motel price. I will definetly be staying here again.

It was a great stay. Francis at the front desk was very helpful. She went out of her way to help us with checking in and recommended a restaurant close by that has great food. She helped with letting us know what places to go after dinner. We travel all over the country and find that many places just want your money. Francis went the extra mile.

Had excellent service at the check in desk from Francis. Room was clean with new furniture and everything was working. A very good deal for the price. Perfect for business travel since the location is a corporate area.

Room Tip: Ask about business discounts.

This particular property commands its retail rate simply because of its location. Hyatt Place, Quality Inn, La Quinta, Hawthorn Suites, Hampton Inn and the entrance/exit to I-90 are all within walking distance of this location. Depending upon the dates of the reservation, one can obtain a King or Double Room, with fast, reliable internet, shower with bathtub/sink, Satellite TV and ample living space for $45-$80/nightly. However, one must keep in mind that this property is a travel MOTEL and not a HOTEL, so one must adjust expectations accordingly.

The staff is very considerate, efficient and prompt - once the reservation through Redicard at redroof.com/redicard has been booked, it is easy to confirm the rate with taxes included and phone the front desk right away to reconfirm the reservation. All of the required check-in documents will be ready for you upon arrival, especially if you phone ahead. Express checkout is also available, but not recommended as it is a motel and it's always a good security measure to check out formally if it takes more than one hour for housekeeping to clean behind you and close the room upon your departure.

The property is franchised, so yes, the maintenance costs that the property endures must be quite expensive as the motel is rather large. There are many restaurants nearby as well as a superior king option with microwave and refrigerator if reheating or storing of food is required. In terms of the new economy, the only competitive, comparable property we would suggest is Motel 6 (albeit that Motel 6 is not in this area).

Finally, Jimmy, the Desk Manager, is always considerate, helpful and efficient from check-in and through the entire stay until check-out. Early check-in is available for a small fee and desk staff often holds our bags when we have a meeting that runs beyond the checkout time of 11:00 AM. Of course, given that this is a franchised motel and maintenance costs are expensive, it's good to keep in mind that the objective is efficiency and not luxury. In sum, bottled water upon check-in, reliable internet, comfortable bedding with ample workspace and plasma, satellite television is pretty standard for an economical motel. Moreover, this property does not charge extra for internet access like Motel 6. Friday and Saturday nights here endure a lot of regional traffic.

Room Tip: Request a quiet room with minimal traffic - Friday and Saturday nights have lots of regional guests.
